If you've sold tickets for any match in the World Cup 2026, then please follow the guidelines below for the order fulfillment and proof of delivery:
Important info for tickets in possession :
- Orders should be delivered within 1 day of booking. If the event is in less than 48 hours, tickets should be delivered within 3 hours, and if less than 6 hours, within 30 minutes.
- For World Cup 2026: Tickets should be sent via the FIFA portal and not via the APP. For orders less than 1 hour before the event, tickets can be sent via App.
Your World Cup order must be fulfilled by uploading proof of delivery within the latest delivery date and time(LDD). To register fulfillment, log in to Ticombo and go to my Sales and Register Delivery.
The following information must be visible on the proof:
1. Screenshot clearly showing the ticket Section and Row sent to the Customer. i.e., screenshot from your FIFA order account.
2. Screenshot before submitting transfer showing email of receiver.
3. The email of the receiver must match the order delivery email.

When do I receive my payout for the sold ticket?
It shall follow the same timeframe for a normal payout, where the funds are made available 5 days after the event is finished.
If the buyer's name is set as "Distribution Channel", then the funds for the order shall be made available 12 days after the event is finished.
