100% Authentic Tickets with Buyer Protection
Digital platforms can attract fraudulent activity, and Ticombo recognises that risk. That is why the platform applies multilayered verification protocols to both buyers and sellers: accounts and listings that raise red flags are excluded from the marketplace. Constant monitoring for suspicious behaviour — for example, rapid back‑to‑back logins from distant locations — triggers internal alarms and review. Ticombo combines these watchful procedures with industry‑level security systems for digital transactions, so tickets sold on the marketplace are genuine and transfers are secure. In short: a ticket obtained through Ticombo is backed by verification steps and protections designed to give fans confidence.

About Stadium of Light
Stadium of Light History
After moving from Roker Park, Sunderland AFC used the new facilities to deepen its place in English football culture, competing in the Championship and, at times, the Premier League. The club's operations also include at least three auxiliary squads that use the Stadium of Light when the first team is away, often referred to in club literature as ancillary tenants. Over the next decade steady enlargement — including the erection of the North Stand in 2008 — raised capacity to the current 49,000. That expansion was more than numerical: it reflected an investment in quality, helping to position Sunderland among England's notable stadiums and contributing to the Stadium of Light's role as a landmark of local post‑industrial regeneration.
Stadium of Light Facts and Figures
The venue seats 49,000 supporters across its various sections. That capacity, combined with an all‑seater arrangement and carefully considered sight lines, ensures broad visibility and helps create the strong match‑day atmosphere for which the stadium is known. Continuous investment and upgrades over time have supported the stadium's multi‑purpose role hosting football, large concerts and community events, making a significant contribution to the city's cultural and economic life.
Stadium of Light Seating Guide
Best seats at Stadium of Light
Seating choices range to meet different priorities. The upper tier is farther from the pitch but provides an affordable, panoramic view appreciated by family groups and fans who want a broad perspective of play. Premium seats nearer the halfway line give closer views of tactical action, while corner sections tend to offer good angles on goal‑mouth moves and often host some of the more passionate fan clusters. Choosing the right block depends on whether you prioritise proximity, atmosphere or budget.
Stadium of Light Seating Chart
The official Stadium of Light seating chart delineates sections, rows and seat numbers so buyers know precisely where their seat is located and how close it will be to the action. Ticombo's interactive platform also provides an accessible, device‑friendly seating map, including a 3D view so you can preview the sightline from a selected seat before you buy.
