On 28 September 2026 Slipknot announced The (sic)est Stadium Tour in support of their upcoming album. Produced by Live Nation, the tour takes Slipknot to festivals and stadiums around the world for the first time – previously, Slipknot's tours have been packaged for arena-sized venues. Tickets are available from Live Nation and Ticombo has tickets available for all dates.
Formed in Des Moines, Iowa, back in 1995, heavy metal icons Slipknot are instantly recognisable thanks to their identical jumpsuits and individual masks which represent each member, numbered zero through eight. Slipknot have been through many line-up changes over the years with drummer Jay Weinberg leaving in 2023 (the same year Craig Jones left Slipknot) and Eloy Casagrande taking the drum stool in 2024. Sid Wilson was axed from Slipknot in August 2026. This will be the first tour for the band in their current seven-piece line-up after operating as a nine-man collective for so long – sadly, founding members Joey Jordison (d. 2021) and Paul Gray (d. 2010) passed away several years ago.
Slipknot released a surprise new single, "Arsenal", on 9 September 2026. The track was released via Slipknot's own label, (Sic)est Records – hence the title of the forthcoming tour. Slipknot left the major-label system a few years ago.
Guitarist Jim Root revealed that although a new Slipknot album is definitely on the way, the band's surprise new track is not necessarily a taster for what's to come: he described it as "just one we could finish 'sooner' to get out there".
"Arsenal" is Slipknot's first new song since 2022's The End, So Far.
Slipknot have been writing and recording a new album.
Tickets for Slipknot's new tour went on sale at 10am local time on Friday 2 October, having been available via artist and Knotfest presale on Tuesday 29 September. Ticombo has a range of Slipknot tickets for resale.
Slipknot kick off The (sic)est Stadium Tour in London, UK, on Friday 3 July 2027. This will be the band's only European show of 2027 as they make a giant leap forward, headlining the 90,000-capacity Wembley Stadium for the first time. Until now, the band's UK shows have been in arenas or festivals, including Download. Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed support Slipknot in London.
Slipknot will perform thirteen dates around North America in July and August 2027. Bring Me The Horizon support Slipknot throughout the North America leg of the tour, with further acts to be announced for individual shows. The tour will see Slipknot perform at soccer-specific stadiums, baseball parks and city parks across the continent. Slipknot have never shied away from larger-than-life venues but it's rare for extreme metal acts like Slipknot to headline arenas, let alone stadiums. This will be the first time the band have built an entire tour around stadiums. Imagine where Slipknot were in 1999 – they'll be headlining Fenway Park and Citi Field this summer! SoFi Stadium will be the biggest venue on the tour, the only indoor-capable option in North America.
Slipknot perform five dates around Latin America over the course of just thirteen days in September. Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed join Slipknot on tour for some of these shows. The shows in Argentina and Chile will be the biggest of Slipknot's careers as headline acts – previously, the band have performed in arenas in South America, or as part of a festival line-up. Now, Slipknot are ready for the football pitch!
Vended feature Corey Taylor's son Griffin on vocals and Slipknot founding member Shawn Crahan's son Simon behind the drums.
Slipknot are taking their masked mayhem out of arenas and into stadiums as they launch a new tour. Jim Root explained that "Arsenal" is "just one we could finish 'sooner' to get out there".
Formed in Des Moines, Iowa in 1995, Slipknot have taken heavy metal by the throat. The band's matching jumpsuits and individual masks – each bearing a number from zero to eight – is iconic, but it's the ferocious music that's taken Slipknot to the top of their genre, carving out an audience that dwarfs most.
Slipknot have weathered many changes over the years, including the tragic deaths of founding drummer Joey Jordison in 2021 and bassist Paul Gray in 2010, as well as Craig Jones' departure in 2023 and drummer Jay Weinberg's exit the same year. Eloy Casagrande (previously of Sepultura) has been Slipknot's drummer since 2024. In August 2026 it was announced that Slipknot had dismissed Sid Wilson and reduced their line-up to seven.
Slipknot have long eschewed the major-label system, leaving it and operating their own label. Slipknot have consistently defied expectations, and are sure to defy them again with their forthcoming album.
The current line-up features Corey Taylor (vocals, joined Slipknot in 1997), Mick Thomson (guitar), Alessandro Venturella, Michael Pfaff, Shawn Crahan (percussion/founding member), Jim Root (guitar) and Eloy Casagrande (drums, joined Slipknot in 2024).

The band's international tour will consist of a total of 19 shows, and will see Slipknot backed up by 11 different supporting acts. Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed will support Slipknot in London, Buenos Aires, Santiago, and Bogotá, while Corey Taylor and Shawn Crahan's respective sons – Griffin (vocals) and Simon (drums) – will open Slipknot's São Paulo and Lima shows with their band Vended. Elsewhere Bring Me The Horizon are named as supporting act throughout the North American leg of the tour. Acid Bath will support Slipknot in Washington and Queens, Lamb of God in Chicago, Lorna Shore in Hershey and Boston, Polyphia in Houston, Loathe in Commerce City, Inglewood, and San Francisco and Motionless In White in San Francisco and Phoenix.
Slipknot's 2027 stadium tour takes them around the globe, kicking off at Wembley Stadium, before heading to North America and concluding in Latin America. Check out our guides to each venue:
With this tour taking place in stadiums, ballparks and other outdoor venues, expect the ticketing to be quite different to Slipknot's previous arena-based tours. Stadiums generally have two main categories of ticket – pitch/field tickets (also known as general admission (GA) standing, unreserved or field-level tickets), where fans gather to make-up the pit and other standing space on the playing surface; and lower/upper-tier seating around the edge of the pitch/field, which are reserved and offer a great elevated view. Some shows have barrier/early-entry tickets available too, which get you right at the front of the GA/standing section nearest the stage. Pitch/field tickets are often the first to sell out. Upper-tier seats aren't as far away as they'd be for an acoustic act, so are well worth considering – Slipknot have a huge production with risers, pyro and a rotating drum kit, so should be visible from anywhere. Some shows will also have restricted-view tickets available (clearly labelled as such) if the production rigs block the view. Check each individual ticket listing for more info and to view the seating/pitch charts.
At some venues – Parc Jean-Drapeau, Golden Gate Park, etc – there'll be lawn/ground tickets and unreserved areas rather than seating. Check the ticket listings for more info.
The São Paulo ticket will be a festival ticket for The Town festival, where Slipknot are playing as headline act, but the rest of the tour are standalone shows. Tickets are on sale now, find them at Live Nation or other official points of sale. If you've missed out, why not list the tickets you have to sell on Ticombo, or search Ticombo to see if anyone is selling tickets – all transactions on Ticombo come with our Guarantee, which means your tickets will arrive in time for the show and be 100% valid to get in, or your money back. We update our ticket listings all the time to show available tickets.

Alternatively, you can also pick them up from Ticombo. Slipknot have announced their forthcoming North American tour with Bring Me The Horizon in support. The tour will see the Iowa-based metal monsters headline stadiums and ballparks for the first time.
Slipknot formed in 1995 in Des Moines, Iowa, and consisted of percussionist Shawn Crahan, drummer Joey Jordison, bassist Paul Gray, and others. Taylor was added as vocalist in 1997, and they signed to Roadrunner Records that year, releasing their eponymous debut in 1999. The band has been reduced from its original line-up, which consisted of nine members donning different masks – each bearing a number between zero and eight – to a seven-piece group after a number of departures, including Grey's death in 2010 and Jordison's departure in 2013 (he subsequently passed away in 2021), Craig Jones' exit in 2023, drummer Jay Weinberg leaving the group later that year and Sid Wilson's sacking in August this year. Former Sepultura drummer Eloy Casagrande replaced Weinberg in 2024. Slipknot's seven-piece line-up now consists of Taylor, Crahan, guitarists Mick Thomson and Jim Root, Alessandro Venturella, Michael Pfaff, and Casagrande.
Slipknot's debut – despite its extreme nature – was a commercial success, as was follow-up Iowa (2001), with Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses), which saw the band employ some melody, released in 2004. Their fourth album All Hope Is Gone followed in 2008, then came .5: The Gray Chapter in 2014, We Are Not Your Kind in 2019, and last year's The End, So Far. Slipknot have sold around 30 million albums worldwide.
Slipknot are independent artists, having left the major-label system some time ago, but Jim Root has confirmed that an album is being tracked.
Slipknot are set to celebrate 30 years of hellraising on their North American stadium tour this year; their diehard fans – self-styled as Maggots – will doubtless descend upon the shows in force. Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed will support Slipknot in London and on some of the tour's Latin American dates. Corey Taylor's son Griffin fronts the band's current tour support act Vended, who feature Slipknot member Shawn Crahan's son Simon Crahan on drums. Tickets can be purchased via Live Nation here. Artist presale tickets are available now with general admission commencing on Friday 2 October.
If you miss out on tickets, don't worry, fans are selling tickets via Ticombo. Browse the range of seats on offer for Slipknot tickets via Ticombo below, or follow these handy instructions to sell your spare tickets:
Before I Forget from Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) took home the 2006 Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance. On this raging riff-storm, Corey Taylor introduces it by asking whether the crowd is still alive. It's no wonder Slipknot call it a personal favourite.
From the debut, Spit It Out has a famous live ritual of its own. the entire audience crouches on the floor before the drop.
Slipknot's first single from .5: The Gray Chapter, The Devil in I was their first release since founding member Paul Grey's death in 2010.
The Vol. 3 lead single, and the song most likely to turn a stadium floor into a single moving object. "I push my fingers into my eyes" is the most reliable crowd line in modern metal.
From All Hope Is Gone, and the riff that made them a festival headline act rather than a festival highlight. Grammy-nominated, and never left the set.
The 1999 single that got them on radio and on MTV, and the first indication that a band this abrasive could write a hook.
The ballad, more or less, and proof that the loud-quiet range is wider than the masks suggest. Often the only moment of stillness in the set.
The debut's closing statement and the oldest thing still in the set, finishing on a chant the whole stadium will know.
The We Are Not Your Kind opener, with the choral intro that gives the live version its entrance.
The surprise single from September 2026 and the first release on their own (Sic)est Records. New enough that the 2027 shows will be where most people hear it live for the first time.
Nine people — now seven — on risers that move, two percussionists hitting kegs with baseball bats, a drum kit that rotates and sometimes inverts, and pyro deployed with a disregard for restraint that other bands would struggle to insure. The scale of a stadium should suit it. The production has always been bigger than the rooms they played.
The set runs on contrast: the debut and Iowa material delivered at full violence, the later ballads given room, and Taylor talking to the crowd between songs in a way that is unexpectedly warm given what surrounds it.
Pits form fast and early on the floor. If that is not what you are there for, the seated tiers are the better call, and at stadium scale you lose less than you would in an arena.
Doors and set times vary by venue, and the park dates run to festival schedules rather than arena ones. Check your ticket.
Nineteen dates sounds like a lot until you look at the map: one show in Europe, none in Asia or Australia, one per city in North America, and five across the whole of Latin America. For most people there is exactly one realistic date.
The general sale was on 2 October, which means resale inventory is at its most active right now — the window after an on-sale, when people who bought in the rush reconsider the trip. For a tour nine months out, that early supply is usually the deepest it gets.
Wembley is the single hardest ticket, being the only European date on a worldwide tour. Fenway and Citi Field are constrained by capacity rather than demand. The Latin American stadium dates are the band's biggest ever in those markets, which cuts both ways: more seats, but far more people who have waited a long time.
3 July 2027 at Wembley Stadium in London. It finishes on 16 September at Vive Claro in Bogotá.
Nineteen: one in London, thirteen across the United States and Canada, and five in Latin America.
No. Wembley Stadium on 3 July is the only European date announced.
Bring Me The Horizon across North America, Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed at Wembley and on the Latin American dates, and a rotating opening slot filled by Acid Bath, Lamb of God, Lorna Shore, Polyphia, Loathe, Motionless In White and Vended.
Artist and Knotfest presales on 29 September 2026, general on-sale at 10am local time on Friday 2 October.
Yes. "Arsenal" was released on 9 September 2026 on the band's own (Sic)est Records, and an album is being recorded.
Corey Taylor, Shawn Crahan, Mick Thomson, Jim Root, Alessandro Venturella, Michael Pfaff and Eloy Casagrande.
It is an appearance at The Town festival on 4 September rather than a standalone Slipknot stadium show.
Delivery depends on the format the seller holds and is shown on the listing before you buy. Every order is covered by the Ticombo Guarantee.
Yes. Payment is held until the transaction completes, and every order is covered by the Ticombo Guarantee, ensuring valid tickets in time for the show or your money back.
Nineteen stadium shows, one European date, and the first full tour for a line-up that has changed more in three years than in the previous twenty.
