If your seller has transferred your FIFA tickets, you must accept them through FIFA’s official ticketing system before the tickets appear in your FIFA account/app.
Step 1: Open the FIFA transfer email
FIFA will send you an email invitation once the seller transfers the tickets.
Important:
The transfer email is sent directly by FIFA.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find it.
Use the SAME email address where you received the invitation.
Step 2: Log in or create your FIFA ticketing account
Once you see the email signifying you have tickets to receive, log into the FIFA ticketing portal at https://www.fifa.com/tickets.
When the FIFA page opens, you may see multiple ticket sections for different tournaments.
Important:
Please make sure you select the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament.
Click “Explore Details” under the “Tickets” section for FIFA World Cup 2026.
After entering the Tickets section, you will see the Marketplace area.
To accept transferred tickets:
Open the Marketplace section
Click “Resell/Exchange Now”
This is where FIFA handles transferred tickets.
At this point you’ll log into the FIFA portal with your FIFA username & password.
Important:
Use the SAME email address where you received the transfer email.
If you do not yet have a FIFA account, create one using the same email address.
Step 3: Accept the transferred tickets
Once logged in, the transfer request should appear on your “My Homepage”.
If you are using mobile and do not immediately see it:
Open the menu (the 3 horizontal lines at the top)
Click “Homepage”
There will be a section labeled:
“Accept Tickets Transferred to You”
showing the number of tickets waiting.
Accept the transfer to assign the tickets to your FIFA account.
Step 4: Access your tickets
Once accepted:
the tickets will be assigned to your FIFA account
they will appear in the official FIFA ticketing app once released by FIFA
