Ticket purchasing in today's market can be fraught with uncertainty — counterfeits, price inflation, and unclear refund rules are common problems on unregulated resale channels. Ticombo presents itself as a fan-to-fan marketplace designed to reduce that uncertainty. Founded in 2015 and operating from Berlin, Ticombo offers a platform where supporters can trade tickets with an emphasis on transparency and verification. The service aims to deliver peace of mind for buyers by combining local market knowledge with robust seller vetting.
100% Authentic Tickets with Buyer Protection
The secondary market has long been criticized for scams and unclear seller practices; Ticombo's marketplace seeks to address those issues by offering verification steps and buyer protection. Sellers are checked and listings cross-referenced with event and club data where possible, reducing the risk of invalid or counterfeit tickets. For fans who want to avoid last-minute entry problems, using a verified marketplace can provide additional security and clarity.

About Sportpark Ronhof Thomas Sommer
Sportpark Ronhof Thomas Sommer History
Sportpark Ronhof traces its roots to the post-World War II era. Built in 1951 on the site of an earlier training area in the Ronhof neighborhood, the ground quickly became the focal point for regional football. In 1952 the stadium recorded its highest crowd of 32,000 spectators, a figure that reflects a very different era of stadium use and safety standards.
A significant renovation in 1997 modernized the facility to meet contemporary standards and, in doing so, reduced nominal capacity from earlier figures down to around 18,000. Despite these changes, the venue has retained the close, atmospheric character that fans cherish.
Sportpark Ronhof Thomas Sommer Facts and Figures
- Record attendance: 32,000 (1952)
- Current nominal capacity: commonly cited as 18,000 (some counts reference 16,626 depending on configuration and terrace counting)
Although older references sometimes list higher capacities, modern safety and configuration standards explain the lower contemporary figures. The stadium remains compact, with every seat or standing spot positioned to keep spectators close to the action.

Using these lots and arriving early is recommended to avoid crowds and parking shortages.
Public Transportation to Sportpark Ronhof Thomas Sommer
Many visitors opt for a car-free approach using local public transport and park-and-ride options, which reduce road congestion and emissions around the stadium.
